2. Services & Engineering Scope
Pallchain Technologies provides custom B2B software engineering, CRM system development, and cloud platform integrations.
- All custom deliverables are implemented according to signed client specifications and statements of work (SOW).
- We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or temporarily interrupt cloud infrastructure for scheduled maintenance.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless explicitly specified in a separate client agreement, all rights, titles, and interests in the underlying code, frameworks, design components, and proprietary algorithms used to build custom solutions remain the intellectual property of Pallchain Technologies. Custom client data and bespoke application logic remain the exclusive property of the client.
4. User Account & Security
You are responsible for safeguarding any credentials or administrative access keys provided for your CRM or web platform. Pallchain Technologies cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
When utilizing our platforms and services, you agree not to:
- Use the platform for any illegal activities or unauthorized automated data extraction (scraping).
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from proprietary modules.
- Attempt to bypass security measures or execute unauthorized penetration testing on our servers.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pallchain Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from service interruptions or third-party integrations.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any legal disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be settled through good-faith negotiation prior to formal legal proceedings.
